The Minnesota Dream Act was passed by the Minnesota Legislature and signed into law in 2013. The act makes financial aid and in-state tuition rates available to undocumented students who meet certain criteria. This training is intended for counselors, educators, and staff and will be held Oct 27, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. under the auspices of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education.
