Every student is “college material.” It is with that mindset that the Minnesota Office of Higher Education (OHE) is launching Direct Admissions Minnesota. This new pilot program will notify graduating high school seniors of participating colleges and universities that are eager to admit them.

Staff from MnPALS, the University of St. Thomas, and Minitex are collaborating to address the need for Open Educational Resources (OER) and Affordable Content in Minnesota. To set a foundation for their work, they are conducting a survey of efforts already underway in Minnesota. They request that you complete their survey by Friday, August 26.

The Minnesota Digital Library recently added interactive map exhibits to place our materials in their actual locations within Minnesota. Each map features photographs and documents that help tell stories about these significant places.
