While we start compiling the information for the AskMN FY15 Report, I have been looking at the surveys completed in this past fiscal year.
From time to time I am involved in a discussion with colleagues about various types of patrons we work with in our virtual reference services.
In December I sent out a call out to AskMN participating libraries to send in chat transcript(s) from 2014 that they felt exemplified exceptional service.
It is December, a time for reflection and the time I ask our AskMN participating libraries to review their transcripts from the year and send me the best of the best, the cream of the crop.
Now that the school year is underway and students are deep in the learning process, we’re seeing more activity from K12 students with AskMN.
