This addition is the 1920 book "Renville County in the World War" which commemorates the service of Renville County during World War I. Portraits of the men and women who served are included with a brief summary of their personal history and service to the country during the first World War. In addition, the book also highlights the local activities in Renville County which supported the war effort, including the Red Cross, Safety Commission, Knights of Columbus, Draft Board, and Victory Liberty Loan. The book also includes a summary of the terms imposed by the "Treaty of Peace."
