We are excited to announce that a new partner has joined Minnesota Reflections, the Winona Public Library. The historic Winona Public Library was built in 1899 and serves the residents of the city of Winona and Winona County, Minnesota. It is located in the beautiful Mississippi River Valley in southeastern Minnesota, and offers a wide range of programming for both children and adults. The local history collection includes books, Winona city directories, and the local newspaper on microfilm.
