The Minnesota Library Foundation (MLF) Silent Auction is one of the main fund raising activities of MLF and has become a highlight for many conference attendees. The money raised will allow MLF to fund the Minnesota Author Project Awards and the Minnesota Institute for Leadership Excellence (MILE) grants.

The Postsecondary Child Care Grant Program is a financial aid program that assists low-income students completing their undergraduate or graduate studies. Eligible students can receive up to $6,500 per eligible child per academic year to pay for child care while they attend classes.
