ABOUT THE JOB
As a Human Resource Generalist 2 your role will include consultation on employee relation issues, policy and union contract interpretation. Prepare various reports on HR metrics, coordination and management of annual performance appraisal process, consult with managers regarding open positions, job re-classifications, promotions, transfers and demotions. Attend weekly meetings, facilitate HR training sessions and serve on organizational-wide committees.
