The North American Virtual Reference Online Conference is gearing up for another conference. It will be three half days of online sessions, February 25-27, 2025. Prairielands Library Exchange, with the help of the Plum Creek Library System's Elizabeth Hoffman and the Arrowhead Library System's Mollie Stanford, is offering a statewide virtual vendor webinar to introduce library staff to vendors of languages other than English. All of the vendors were chosen because they offer materials in the languages spoken in Minnesota.

The Minitex Policy Advisory Council advises the Minnesota Office of Higher Education and Minitex in the planning, development, and evaluation of Minitex programs and services. The council has six new members in 2024, including Stacey Lunsford, who represents Regional System Libraries.
