In Minnesota, thanks to funding from the federal government and the Minnesota State Legislature, we have a library system that benefits all our communities: urban, rural, and everywhere in between. That is because today, more than ever, Minitex excels at leveraging public funding to improve library services. By collaborating with libraries statewide and coordinating their work, we stretch hard-earned public funding to make them greater than the sum of their parts. Thanks to this central coordination, Minnesota boasts highly efficient library services that are recognized as a leader in the nation. These and other resources are available, at no direct cost, to all Minnesotans and Minnesota libraries.
