Navigation between the search program and request management system has caused confusion in MNLINK. The login on the MNLINK homepage and request item buttons currently open a new tab. Feedback suggests that users weren't aware that their original browser page remained open when the request management tab opened.
We're working on a plan that will keep the navigation within the same tab. This should improve the process of accessing your account directly from the main search page and will make navigation easier. We expect it will also decrease the number of requests created from the blank form.
