Join a new discussion list for Minnesota library professionals to share questions, resources, and experiences related to library data. Whether you're an expert or just getting started, this space is for everyone to connect and collaborate. With upcoming webinars and a focus on advocacy, storytelling, and data improvement, we’re here to support each other in making the most of library data.

This comprehensive, 5-hour course, led by Dr. Michele Leininger, is designed to equip library staff without an MLIS with the essential knowledge and skills to succeed in collection development.

The new conference, Upgrade: Enhancing Library Services with Technology, will take place at the Pyle Center in Madison, Wisconsin. October 6-7, 2025. For full consideration, session proposals must be submitted by March 2, 2025.

The next installment of Minitex Conversations: Project Management is Wednesday, December 18, at 10 a.m. In this session, we will highlight some examples of project goals versus project objects, then open the session for a broader conversation about current work.

Craig Stevens of Northwestern University will be the keynote speaker for the Upper Midwest Digital Collections Conference and Minnesota Digital Library Annual Meeting at St. Paul's Union Depot on May 6-7, 2025. We are also still accepting session proposals for the conference until Friday, December 6, 2024.
