Quick Summary
Have you found a bad tub in your Minitex delivery? Fred Finch tells you how to handle it.
Minitex uses a standard sized tub and lid combination designed to be weather resistant. A vinyl window is attached to the lid and we place flip cards in the window for delivery to the proper location.
Over the course of time, the tubs do wear out. Usually, we begin to see holes worn out in the corners from sliding around but sometimes we see small cracks in the side of the tub or cracks around the top. Occasionally we see tubs that are like the one pictured above.
If you notice a tub or lid in poor condition when it arrives, inspect the material inside the tub to see if anything might be wet or damaged. Then return the empty damaged tub to the Minitex office with a note. We will take the tub out of circulation to avoid any damage to materials traveling in the delivery system.
