Quick Summary

Fred shares how you can get information on delays when the weather or other factors are affecting your Minitex delivery.

Body

Usually, I try to send out a note about once a year about ordering supplies from Minitex such as direct delivery forms and cable ties. I like to do this in the fall when students are back in class and I am reminded of the fall colors and shortened days.

Then I remember *snow.* Now until fairly recently, I had a decent relationship with snow. I lived close to work and had to move my car once in a while to prevent it from getting towed. Some light shoveling made for an easy go of it.

For the most part snow and I got along pretty well. Then I bought a house. Now snow and I have discussions of where it can hang out and the conditions for its removal. Sometimes the conversations get heated. Sometimes I need to chill out.

With this in mind, I will pass along any weather updates and courier delays using the Minnesota Delivery Unit Listserv. If you would like to be placed on the listserv just send me an email letting me know and I will place you on the mailing list. I also will send along any delays not weather related, the occasional birthday greeting, and recipes.
