In order to enable staff to handle the increased traffic, Minitex is asking all libraries to limit interlibrary loan requests to five active requests per person.
The process will be the same as before, but items will take significantly longer to arrive. Because many libraries are closed, or open only with limited services, some items will not be available. Items will not yet be available from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities physical collections.
*Direct interlibrary loan requests do not involve Minitex as the lender of last resort.
