Returns are currently being processed on-site by Minitex Referral Processing staff.
For the past few weeks, Minitex referral processing staff have been on-site processing a backlog of returns as well as requests that had been stuck in the pipeline when we shut down services.
If you are currently collecting returned materials from your patrons, please continue to send them our way. We understand that, with the long delay, some items may have missing paperwork. Please supply as much information as you can with these items as it will help us get the item back to the lending library that much quicker.
As always, we very much appreciate your patience as we work through a very fluid and unpredictable climate in an effort to provide the best service we can to all of our participating libraries.
