We are pleased to announce that CoLibrì has joined the Minitex Cooperative Purchasing Supplies Direct from Vendor program, offering an innovative book covering solution to libraries.
The CoLibrì System is known for its efficiency, enabling users to cover both paperback and hardcover books of various sizes in just 30 seconds. YouTube video-(https://youtu.be/ysyK2h7ZS0E). This system includes a book covering machine and clear polyethylene covers that are recyclable, acid-free, and PAT certified, ensuring long-term protection against moisture, scratches, dust, and general wear and tear.
CoLibrì provides covers in three sizes—Mini, Standard, and Big—to accommodate a range of book dimensions. Additionally, two thickness options are available: 3.5 mil for moderate use and 4.7 mil for high-use scenarios. The E-Leonardo and E-Da Vinci are the two models of book covering machines offered, both featuring precise, machine-controlled cutting and sealing, digital displays, and foot pedals for ease of use. Notably, the process requires no scissors or adhesives, making it both compact and safe for library environments.
Through our partnership, Minitex libraries are eligible for a 15% discount on all CoLibrì products. This agreement is in effect through December 31, 2025. To access the discount, libraries should complete a discount form (https://inbound.colibriusa.com/minitex) provided by CoLibrì. Please note that this discount cannot be combined with other offers, and an account must be created to place an order.
