Statistics from the past few months show that the graphic novel, Avatar: The Last Airbender, is the most popular series in Ebooks Minnesota.  It was an animated television series produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studios and has been described as one of the best-animated television series of all time.  The extended Avatar franchise includes the ongoing comics series, available in Ebooks Minnesota.  Dark Horse Comics acquired the rights to continue the discontinued television show in the form of graphic novels and it has been very well received by fans.

Another popular series, this one non-fiction, is Adapted to Survive, which includes Animals that Run, Animals that Dig, Animals that Fly, Animals that Hunt, Animals that Hide, and Animals that Climb.  These are engaging high-interest low vocabulary books.  The closing pages list follow-up questions to extend readers’ analysis.

One more very popular title in Ebooks Minnesota is 23 Crow's Perch.  This is a Renaissance Accelerated Reader book by Jason Strange involving Henry, a middle school student, who is in for a creepy experience in the new apartment he and his mother just moved into.
