Referral Processing virtuoso Minnie Lincoln said, "We still see the occasional book, but they're about gardening and canning. A decade ago we noticed our patrons requesting fewer books and more audio-visual materials; now it's all about gardens. Whatever the Minitex region needs, we'll do our best to find ways to share resources." Lincoln added it was sometimes challenging to keep the routing slips attached to the new varieties of items.
