Direct delivery request volume is up by 6.8%!

So what does 6.8% look like in the Minitex Delivery Unit? Over the course of a year, that means 25,007 additional items, or an average of an additional 100 items each day of material coming through the Minitex Delivery Unit. 

Direct delivery is when items are requested directly between participating libraries without a request coming to the Minitex office. The increase we are seeing currently is largely due to the rise in filled requests between the public libraries in Minnesota.
