We tried several recipes; all were good, but it is the Dead Man's Meat Loaf, pictured above on the upper right, that became a family classic. Though I own this cookbook and many others, I am still constantly checking out cookbooks. In fact, I have two out right now. Borrowing a cookbook from the local library is an ideal way to "test drive" it before buying, or to get a few fresh ideas.
