Quick Summary
The AI Knowledge Bytes series team is promoting an upcoming November 7 session on AI and Copyright from Professional Development Alliance partner, Florida Virtual Campus.
The AI Knowledge Bytes team would like to share an opportunity for the Minitex community to attend our partner's webinar 'GenAI and Copyright: An Update'. In this session, University of Florida Levin College of Law professor Derek Bambauer brings us up to date on the landscape of Generative AI and copyright. This session is open to all and is free.
In addition, please register for the final session of 2024, AI Literacy with Undergraduate Students with Kate Peterson, an Undergraduate Services Librarian at the University of Minnesota. Her teaching practice focuses on early undergraduates and active learning in person and online. She will be sharing her work with students in first year experience courses during the rise of generative artificial intelligence. Kate is interested in exploring the value AI brings to academia, and how we help students make decisions on if and when these tools are useful and effective.
