eLibrary Minnesota (ELM), which includes state-funded information resources for all Minnesota researchers, residents, students, and lifelong learners contains 50+ databases.  These resources support users at every stage of life from a first-grader researching kittens, to a public library patron looking for the latest Consumer Reports, or a nursing student needing a video on needle sticks.  If you, your staff, or colleagues, would like training on any or all of the ELM resources, O&I staff are here.

Whether you're interested in a brief overview, a refresher, or an in-depth look at a specific resource with hands-on activities, we are happy to work with you to customize the experience to meet your needs.  We can schedule a virtual instruction session via Zoom or in person, depending on what works best for you.  We can offer a one-on-one session for more intimate learning or training to a larger group.

To initiate ELM training, no matter the size, resource, or format, please check out our ELM Help & Instruction form and fill out the Request Instruction / Consultation Form or contact us for more information.
