Body

The MNLINK Transition Task Force met again on Monday, June 27. The Task force continues to discuss the best ways of learning about MNLINK needs from staff and from users of the service.

Our first state-wide listening session will be held on July 13 at 10 a.m.  If you support MNLINK, are a user of MNLINK, or have opinions about MNLINK, I strongly encourage you to sign up for this listening session. The session will be held on Zoom, and an agenda will be distributed prior to the meeting.

We’ve also made significant progress in documenting MNLINK services and processes, a task that will be critical to communicating our needs to vendors. We’ve assembled MNLINK data from a large number of sources that describes the membership and scope of the service. We’ve also documented both the end-user experience and the staff user experience in navigating the current iteration of MNLINK and VDX.
