From Sonja Eilertson at MnPALS:

Patrons at MnPALS libraries can now initiate requests with MNLINK. MNLINK is a statewide system that serves as a discovery and interlibrary loan interface for library patrons and staff.

To use this functionality MnPALS patrons must login to MNLINK using their library barcode number. Users will see the default Pickup Location Managed by MnPALS when submitting requests. Patrons will view and manage their MNLINK requests through Primo. MnPALS interlibrary loan staff will manage these requests in Alma.
