Body

The Shared E-Resources Task Force informs Minitex on which databases are licensed and made available statewide in the collection known in Minnesota as eLibrary MN, or ELM. The Task Force includes representation from school, public, academic, and special libraries from across Minnesota (and from North and South Dakota to inform their statewide databases) - and recommends a collection of library resources to serve everyone in the state.

Would you like to help us make this important decision? We invite Minnesota library staff and educators to apply to join returning members of the SER Task Force by completing a short application. We are looking to fill a limited number of spots, and will make selections by seeking balance in library type, geographic location, and personal experience.

Minitex Shared E-Resources Task Force Application

Applications must be received by July 1st.

Please review the Shared E-Resources Task Force charge for information on activity of the group, responsibilities, and timeframe.  The work is not insignificant, but task force members have a big impact on the ELM program that serves libraries broadly and deeply across the state.

Thank you for your consideration! Please send any questions any time to us at elm@umn.edu.
