Ebooks Minnesota has added 362 titles from Sleeping Bear Press. The newly added collection from this children’s book publisher includes alphabet books with everything from the popular Minnesota-themed alphabet V is for Viking to titles that are perfect for the coming summer like S is for S’mores: A Camping Alphabet, as well as legends, illustrated story books, and fiction for young readers.
The Ebooks Minnesota collection is accessible online at EbooksMN.org and via free apps from iTunes, Google Play, and Kindle. There is no charge to libraries or individuals who wish to use the collection, and no credentials are required. Ebooks Minnesota is open to all readers within Minnesota’s borders.
Ebooks Minnesota is a two-year pilot project of Minitex and State Library Services, a division of the Minnesota Department of Education. The collection was made possible in part by funding from the Minnesota Department of Education through a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services and by Minitex.
