nkoda, a digital sheet music serivce, is a potential new e-resources vendor for Minitex.
nkoda works directly with over 140 of the world's leading publishers to Provide immediate and cost-effective access to a vast and constantly expanding score library. With over 110,000 editions, nkoda is the most comprehensive resource for music students, teachers, and researchers.
With one license, every member of an institution will have unlimited access to nkoda which can be used across multiple devices including iPhone and iPad, Macs, Android tablets and phones, as well as Windows devices.
nkoda is offering Minitex libraries specially discounted pricing for unlimited simultaneous access based on:
- The total number of enrolled music students (both major and minor)
- The number of music faculty members, including both full-time and part-time staff
A minimum of three Minitex institutions must subscribe to nkoda for the pricing to go into effect. This offer is open until May 1, 2024; and that means orders signed and licenses placed by May 1, 2024, though the actual subscription period does not have to begin until July 1, 2024. Access to nkoda commences upon subscription payment.
