nkoda is a digital sheet music service that provides immediate, cost-effective and equitable access to scores, performance parts and educational materials. nkoda works directly with over 140 of the world's leading publishers, including Boosey & Hawkes, Bärenreiter Verlag, Chester Music and Casa Ricordi, to offer a library of over 110,000 fully licensed titles.
The nkoda app is available on various platforms, including Apple, Android and Windows products, and is designed to be easily accessible and intuitive to use. The collection is updated with about 1,000 new editions every month and is easily navigable. With advanced annotation features and collaboration tools, the score reader offers a customizable and intuitive way of working with and distributing notated music.
Institutions can access the service through a simultaneous-user model, where every member of the institution can create an account and access the library, while the number of people who can simultaneously view content is limited to a set number depending on the institution's needs. nkoda is committed to fair compensation and rights protection for all publishers and contributors involved, making it a unique and valuable product for music collections in libraries.
