Quick Summary
Join the OER and AC community of practice meeting to discuss how to support instructional design principles and diversity through open and affordable resources.
Minnesota State has been a leader in using Open Educational Resources and Affordable Content in their support of the student Z-Degree. MNPals supports this work among its members, and is facilitating Community of Practice meetings for librarians working on OER/Affordable initiatives. This particular meeting will focus on how to support instructional design principles and diversity through open and affordable resources. The meeting will start with a brief introduction to the topic by Carrie Miller, an instructional designer, then attendees will have a chance to share concerns and best practices.
All Minnesota librarians are invited to attend. In the spirit of all things open, you do not need to be a part of MNState or MNPals to participate. Join us to discuss this exciting and emerging field.
