AskMN librarians and wanna-be-AskMN librarians, mark your calendars! QuestionPoint has scheduled several training sessions for February and March free for all QuestionPoint subscribers. The sessions break out the various Administrative and Librarian features used in the QuestionPoint software including working with creating and maintaining your policy page, setting up email reference, and using IM and transferring chats to another librarian. These training sessions do not pertain only to AskMN participating libraries but are open to all QuestionPoint users.
