AskMN Celebrates Six Years of Virtual Reference Service

Six years ago on March 24^th, AskMN: The Librarian Is In! went live. AskMN began with just 9 libraries and has since grown to 43 libraries and library systems and has answered over 133,500 questions in that 6-year period. Participating libraries have made a commitment to provide exceptional service to their own patrons, other Minnesota library patrons, and to the 24/7 Reference National Cooperative and without them AskMN would not be able flourish as it has.
