The Minnesota Library Foundation (MLF) Silent Auction subcommittee is pleased to invite you to contribute to this year’s Silent Auction Fundraiser, which will take place as one auction event on October 24-25 during the Minnesota Library Association's Annual Conference. Donated items will be on display at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN, during the conference as well as virtually via 32Auction.

Examples of popular donations include: event tickets, gift cards, services, baskets or bags of goodies built around a fun theme (e.g.- travel, coffee, cooking, reading, children, etc.), handmade items, fine art, jewelry, novelty items. NOTE: Please be selective about donating used/outdated stuff. The Silent Auction committee reserves the right to not include donations if they are not deemed a good fit.

Have an item ready to donate? Read on for next steps…

  • Step 1: Fill out a Donation Form for each item (or collection of items) you are donating.
  • Step 2: Drop the item(s) at Minneapolis College Library (by October 18) OR a remote donation drop site (by October 11). Alternatively, you can bring the item directly to the conference.  NOTE: please do not use the remote donation drop site for food or fragile items. Those items can be brought to Minneapolis College Library or directly to the conference.

Thanks so much for helping make the Silent Auction Fundraiser a Success!
