Responsibilities
- Conduct inventory of physical map collection
- Search for missing items and perform item-based problem-solving
- Assist with collection shifts, shelving, and filing
- Provide back-up and answer basic reference questions at a library service point
Required Qualifications
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of data entry accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to perform essential physical demands
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a library or archives setting
- Experience finding cartographic material (maps, aerial photos, atlases, etc.)
- Experience conducting an inventory of physical materials
- Experience shifting and organizing library or archival collections

This is a part-time, temporary position. The base pay is $17.50/hour.
