ABOUT THE JOB

The Metadata Specialist Supervisor is primarily responsible for the management and supervision of library assistants in the Cataloging and Metadata Services Department, including direction and assignment of work to those individuals. They partner with curatorial staff in Archives & Special Collections (ASC) and staff at other branch libraries to develop cataloging projects and identify and resolve issues related to the catalog and library metadata. This position also performs copy and complex cataloging.

This is a full-time position. The base salary is $51,334.40.
