ABOUT THE JOB
The Friends is seeking several new program assistants to fulfill on-site duties starting in September 2023. The Programming Assistants are responsible for author and audience hospitality, liaising with program partners (including library and bookseller staff), room set up and clean up, and technology needs as applicable. Specific duties vary based on the series, venue and event format in question.
SALARY & BENEFITS
This is a part-time, independent contractor role. The base pay is $50/hour.
