This week, the MNLINK Transition Task Force had a full meeting. They have set the date for two listening sessions. The first one will be on Wednesday, July 13 at 10:00 am, and the second on Thursday, Aug 11 at 2:00 pm. If you are interested in sharing your thoughts on the MNLINK Transition (and we hope that you are) please put these dates on your calendar. More information will be available soon.
Other topics of discussion included meetings with other stakeholders, both as information gathering sessions and as informative meetings. A sub-committee of the task force has been appointed to meet with system administrators, and will be reaching out soon to schedule a meeting. The task force heard feedback from the MNLINK Users Group meeting held on Wednesday, June 8. Thanks to everyone who participated in this discussion. The feedback was very useful and will help shape future meetings.
As vendors are already starting to contact Minitex with questions about the project, the task force agreed that Minitex staff should reach out to all vendors with an estimated timeline.
