Fifty years ago, Minitex was born. Its mission was to share the University of Minnesota’s world-class library with the whole state. What started with 11 libraries shipping and sharing books has grown to partnerships with hundreds of libraries. Over the years, Minitex changed with the times while still connecting libraries, empowering communities and enriching lives. Join us to celebrate 50 years of library services and sharing!
