The University of St. Thomas Libraries is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to join our library team. This position provides administrative support to the Associate Vice Provost for University Libraries and administrative team, ensuring the smooth operation of the libraries’ administrative functions. Responsibilities include managing organizational calendars and events, representing the organization to internal and external constituents, preparing documents and reports for Library administrators, managing and responding to campus and community inquiries, supporting events hosted by the University Libraries, and serving as an initial point of contact for employees and visitors to the Libraries administrative office.
