Normandale Community College Library is hiring a faculty librarian to work primarily in the areas of Circulation and Instruction (course-integrated information literacy classroom instruction and one-on-one instruction at the reference desk). This is a .8 FTE position. As is common with part-time faculty positions, the position is considered temporary in that appointments are made by the Dean of Humanities on a semester-by-semester basis. That said, this position fills an ongoing need (not a sabbatical or leave replacement).
