The Mayo Clinic Libraries seek an experienced and motivated interlibrary loan coordinator for its operation at Plummer Library in Rochester, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Docline, OCLC, and ILLiad. The candidate will also demonstrate close attention to detail, high-level writing skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and collaboration/management skills. This person will be responsible for providing cooperative leadership in daily interlibrary loan operations, including borrowing, lending, receiving, returning, billing, overdues management, and typical interlibrary loan troubleshooting. Other duties as assigned. This is a full time, onsite position in Rochester, MN.
