This position is an excellent opportunity for a library administrator with proven skills in financial development, marketing, program development, staff and community relations, and technology development within a $3.1 million budget. ECRL includes 14 branch libraries and outreach services, served by 80 staff (31 FTE’s). The Executive Director supervises seven professional staff.
