Minitex staff are spending an increasing amount of time managing lost books, invoices, and payments. We have always worked to facilitate this process, helping to coordinate between lenders and borrowers. With new payment options now available, such as credit card payments and direct transfers, we are working to streamline the billing process to create a more direct connection between the lending and borrowing libraries
