The University of Minnesota Music Library now circulates items from its Historical and Collected Sets collection for interlibrary loan. The Historical Sets consist of items that are collections of music by multiple composers intended to represent general music history or a specific style period or genre. The Collected Sets include items that are works of music by various composers that represent the music of a region or country. Both present pieces of music in their definitive form for scholarly purposes.
These items will be in library use only. They will include a red, "in library use only" bookmark, along with the request slip. The loan period will be three weeks with no renewals.
