Registration is now open the for the OLAC 2024 Conference.

The OLAC 2024 Conference will take place Tuesday-Thursday, October 8-10 on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus in Minneapolis! This hybrid conference will host on-site events at the University of Minnesota's Elmer L. Andersen Library and online via Zoom.

This year's theme is “May You Live in Interesting Times: Navigating the Future of AV Cataloging" and the OLAC 2024 Conference Program is available to peruse right now. Check out the many workshops, presentations, lightning talks, and poster presentations. Keynote speaker Treshani Perera will describe "A Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Toolkit for Audiovisual Catalogers." There is also a day long Preconference Workshop on "Advocacy for Cataloging and Metadata" with Leonard Martin.

Early Bird registration will run through September 9th, space is limited to 100 in-person attendees.
