The Minnesota Digital Library is thrilled to announce the completion of an important project with the Pipestone County Historical Society – the digitization of over 1,300 land contracts from the Close Brothers & Company. These contracts date back to the fourth quarter of the 19th century and record the professional activities of an important Pipestone business. The first half of the contracts was included in Minnesota Reflections several years ago and we are excited to include the second half of this interesting collection.
