The Museum of Lake Minnetonka is dedicated to promoting and preserving the history of Lake Minnetonka through offering narrated cruises on the streetcar steamboat Minnehaha and maintaining an historical archive at its headquarters in Excelsior. The MLM collection includes photographs, blueprints, video, and 3D artifacts related to the history of the streetcar boats and other parts of Lake Minnetonka history not covered by neighboring historical societies. The Museum of Lake Minnetonka's initial contribution to Minnesota Reflections includes blueprints of various historic vessels on Lake Minnetonka.
