The Minnesota Digital Library is offering a webinar version of our rights statements implementation training on Tuesday, March 16th from 10:00 am-12:00 pm.

Have you wanted to attend training on how to assign standardized rights statements to your digital collection? MDL is offering another opportunity to do so on Tuesday, March 16th, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and it is easier than ever to join us. The training is a free, online event and is open to anyone interested in learning more about the standardized rights statements from rightsstatements.org and how to apply them. Applying these statements to your archival materials improves accessibility for users by clarifying their copyright status and potential re-use.  

There will be an optional follow-up Q&A session on Friday, March 19th, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Presenters will be available to assist you and answer questions that may have arisen as you are developing comfort and skill at at applying rights statements to your collection records.
