Body

It's not too late to learn about standardized rights statements! The Minnesota Digital Library (MDL) is offering another free online training session on rights statements implementation on Monday, October 18th from 1:30-3:30 pm. The training is open to anyone wanting to learn more about applying standardized rights statements to digital items in their collection. The standardized rights statements we use were developed by the international collaborative rightsstatements.org.

RightsStatements.org statements are a simple, standardized system of labels to more clearly communicate the copyright and re-use status of digital objects to the public, which improves usability and access for users. Learn more about this opportunity and register here. See you on the 18th!
