Several Resource Sharing staff members presented sessions at the North Dakota Library Association and the Minnesota Library Association conferences this year.

OCLC is looking for volunteers to participate in usability testing for the new OCLC ILL product.  We are looking for participants familiar with ILL processing in environments with a high volume of requests, patron requesting, and copyright tracking.  Both librarians and student workers are requested for this usability test.

Josh Steans, from UW-Stout interlibrary loan attended the 25th Annual Minitex Interlibrary Loan Conference as a “GoodWiLS Ambassador.” WiLS, our library network neighbor to the east, sponsors a WiLS library staff member to attend an event and make a report back to the WiLS community on what they learned.
