Kind Words/Testimony from Otis Library

We recently worked with Sentry Custom Security to upgrade our defunct security gates and install a self-check system. We had contacted several companies and were dismayed when they tried to sell us more than we needed. Dave Rosen of Sentry took the time to work with us and help us determine which system would work best for our needs and stay within our budget. The purchase and installation of the WAM-RT and EM QuickCheck systems went without a hitch. When a problem later arose with the scanner, the service team was accessible and helpful. Things have been running smoothly ever since. Dave checks in with us periodically to ensure that everything is still going well. We appreciate the customer service and attention to detail and look forward to working with Sentry in the future. Executive Director
